Meet the Delta Risk Solutions Team...

Will House

Will is the principal of Delta Risk Solutions LLC.  Will began his career as an agriculture lender before joining Sanders Inc. of Cleveland, MS in 2000 as their credit finance manager.  Will attained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Delta State University.  He attended Mississippi State University and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.  His experience in agriculture and business development has enabled him to become a trusted advisor for farm owners.  Will says, “My goal for the agency is to build long lasting relationships with my customers.  I want to be your agent for life and for the generations to come.  By having the leading Crop Insurance and Property and Casualty insurance companies, I can offer your insurance at the very best price without sacrificing coverage.  We are always available to help with all your insurance questions and concerns.  My core values include honesty and integrity when dealing with all of our customers.  I take pride in representing you as my customer and meeting your needs, not just looking out for the insurance companies.” Delta Risk Solutions is a leading full-service agency specializing in Agribusiness and Crop Insurance and providing Commercial and Personal lines insurance. Will is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with friends and family outdoors.

Jimmy House

Jimmy has almost 40 years of experience in the insurance business, but it can be said he has been surrounded by Agriculture all his life.

Jimmy’s key responsibilities include managing a wide range of crop insurance clients and engaging in new business sales.  In 1965, after attending Mississippi State University, he owned and operated a row crop farming operation.

He says, “I come from a farming family and I grew up knowing the value of insurance.  I have always known how valuable a part insurance plays in people’s lives, whether it is to replace a combine lost in a fire, a crop lost due to weather or to protect them when they end up on the wrong end of a lawsuit. I understand that people take insurance for granted and that is why it is important to have an agent who does not.”  His depth of experience gives him the knowledge needed to properly asses your farming operation and it’s risks.

Jimmy says, “I partner with my clients to develop the best insurance program possible for their specific needs.  Gaining knowledge of their farming operation and the possible obstacles they face allows me to anticipate problems before they arise.”

He is married to wife Anne, whom he met while attending Rosedale Elementary school in Rosedale, MS. He has been a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of MS since 1995.  He was elected to the Mississippi levee board in 1994 and continues to serve still today.

In 1994 Bubba was awarded “Outstanding Young Farmer of the Year” for Leflore county by Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation, and in 2007 he received “Young Farmer of the Year” by the Greenwood-Leflore Chamber of Commerce.   He has served as President of the Leflore County Advisory Council and Vice President of the Delta District Livestock Council through the Leflore County Extention Service.  Bubba’s knowledge and love of farming gives him a greater understanding of all agribusiness insurance needs, as well as his desire to provide better protection for all farmers in the Mississippi Delta.  After becoming a licensed agent in February of 2015, he and his wife, Kim, opened Delta Risk Solutions, Greenwood, where they provide all lines of insurance to Greenwood and the surrounding areas.
